Farmington Public Schools are excited to announce the new administration team members for the 2023-2024 school year!
Mrs. Cassy Story has been named the principal at Williams Elementary. She served as the assistant principal at Farmington Junior High School for the past two years. Before then she worked at Bentonville as an administrator and at Fort Smith Southside as the head softball coach. Cassy, a Farmington graduate, was a standout pitcher for the Cardinals earning her a roster spot with the Arkansas Razorbacks. She completed her Master’s Degree at Arkansas Tech University and an Education Specialist degree at Arkansas State University. Cassy says, “I am so excited to have the opportunity to continue to make an impact on students in my hometown. Williams Elementary holds a special place in my heart and I can’t wait to see all of the kids in August!”
Taking Mrs. Story’s place as the assistant principal at Farmington Junior High School is Mr. Greg Pair. Greg has served as a physical science/health teacher and coach at Farmington for the past five years. He taught at Lavacca for four years prior to moving to Farmington. He obtained a Master in Educational Leadership degree from Arkansas State University in the Spring of 2022. Pair states, “I am a career educator who truly is living out my lifelong dream of working in education. I absolutely love what I do. I am looking forward to this new chapter in my career and the opportunities that lie ahead hopefully making a difference in the lives of students, teachers, staff, and the community. I am so thankful that the administration and school board have faith in me.“
