Farmington graduate and Rhodes Scholar, Coleman Warren, was recently recognized on the popular television show "Good Morning America" for his philanthropical business venture in northwest Arkansas. The link to the story is https://www.goodmorningamerica...
Coleman's mobile ice cream business called Simple + Sweet Creamery, in which he has partnered with the Northwest Arkansas Food Bank to fight hunger in the area. So far Coleman has donated 15,000 meals to the NWA Food Bank through the sales of his product. During filming of the clip, GMA announced that they were donating 20,000 lbs. of food to the NWA Food Bank and another $5,000 to Simple + Sweet Creamery. Warren was visibly ecstatic and grateful for the generous donation to his cause.
Coleman is the son of Travis and Cassie Warren, and is a 2018 graduate of Farmington High School. He will study next year abroad at Oxford University in the United Kingdom as a part of the Rhodes Scholarship program.
